Biography

MariaRàtkova – Contralto-An  Opera Artist – Concert Singer – Vocal Art and  Stage Skills Coach.

Maria  Ràtkova, contralto is an opera artist of an international approach with a rich experience in the music theater and concert activity. Her repertoire does contain as well  the symphonic and oratorio music, the baroque music, including as well the opera repertoire and a sacred  pieces, in these Maria Ratkova does make her debut , first in 2004 with the “ Stabat Mater” by G.B.Pergolesi  at the Festival “Euro Mediterraneo” in Rome and then following it by the opera debut with the role of Octavian in  2007 in “Der Rosenkavlier”  by R.Strauss in Politeama Greco of Lecce , following the numerous debuts and musical parts in the different theaters of Italy, Russia, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom, Spain, Greece, Albany, Singapoore,  Emirates, Turkey, South Corea, Japan, South America.

since the 2009, Maria Ràtkova, is habitual guest artist in the United States of South America.

Maria Ratkova

Maria Ràtkova has been formed initially like a pianist and chorus conductor obtaining the diploma in fortepiano and music composing through the:

  • State Musical College of Saint-Petersburg (Russian Federation) in 1991., Then after following the studies through
  • The Nanyang Academy of Arts of Republic of Singapore being specialized in piano and music composition in 1995. The professional introducing to the opera singing and music theater does arrive in following years through the
  • State Academy of Culture of Saint-Petersburg where Maria Ràtkova does attend the course of studies in Vocal Art, Scenic and recitation skills, conducting, piano and literature in the period from 1997 to 2000.
  • In 2000 Maria Ràtkova won a scholarship for a National Academy of Music by N.A.Rimskij-Kosakov of Saint-Petersburg (Russian Federation), where she has been attended the five years course of studying in the high Vocal Art performance and a Dramatic Art and stage skills in the class of the célèbre russian mezzosoprano Irene Bogaciova, being graduated in 2005 with the University degree.
  • In Italy Maria Ràtkova has followed the two years course through the State conservatoire of Music Santa Cecilia of Rome in the Vocal deduction Art and History of Music.

The Russian, English, itaian, French and Spanish languages make the part of everyday conversations of Maria Ràtkova.

For the Artistic Merits Maria Ràtkova has been given a numerous prize winnings, among these are
International competition prize “Enrico Caruso”, “Ottavio Ziino”, “Anemos International Music competition”, and many else.

  • Maria Ràtkova has been awarded the title of “Grand Officier of Royal Ordine of Danilo I of Montenegro by S.A.R. The Prince Nicola II Petrovich Njegos of Montenegro.
  • She was the member of the Royal House State Delegation in the occasion of a historical visit of Prince Nicola Petrovich-Njegosof Montenegro in Vatican at Papa Francesco, and the Secretary Of the State of Holy See Cardinale Pietro Parolin.
  • For this State Audiense Maria Ràtkova has been collaborating with the Embassy of Montenegro through The Holy See and SMOM.
  • She has been awarded by the Italian Red Cross with the Silver Medal of Merit for her activity in the benefactor recitals and participation as a Cultural Ambassador in the Official Protocols of Holy See.
  • In 2017 Maria Ràtkova has was honoured by Lifetime Achievement Award by U.S.A. received from The President Barack Obama.
  • Maria Ràtkova was nominated the “Honorary Professor” from the “UAC” University Global School of Management, American University of Cariba.
  • In 2016 Maria Ràtkova was elected as a “Honorary Member” of the Vatican Foundation “Tota Pulchra”.
  • Among these she was awarded the order of Pakhribas from the state authorities of Pakhribas in Nepal.
  • Maria Ràtkova was nominated the “Honorary Academician of Social Sciences” by International Academy of Social Sciences (IASS) Palm Beach, Florida, USA.
  • In Tirana(Albania) Maria Ràtkova has been awarded the Golden Medal of the Order of the Missionary Peace of Saint Mather Teresa, form the Diplomatic Mission of Peace and Prosperity, 24 november 2017, No.2299/37 prot., in the quality of member of Diplomatic Mission of Peace, for her precious contribute in the ambient of music and the inspiration for the social friendship and communitarian peace, as the talented and successful artist and skillful professor, philanthropist, missionary of the peace and the activist for the human rights.
